No restraining order was granted anybody.

The Federal High Court, Port Harcourt only granted substituted service of process on Obaseki, others in motion exparte filed by Ogbeide-Ihama. Ordered accelerated hearing of motion on notice for the interlocutory injunction seeking to restrain Obaseki from taking part in PDP primary as it adjourned to 24th June, 2020 for motion on notice hearing.

The statement read in part: “When I saw the court order being flashed around and the hatchet media job I am informed is being pushed a compromised Editor at thisday, my sense as media and communications expert went into overdrive.
