Moments ago, unverified news of the resignation of the Nigerian Finance minister went viral on Nigerian blogs and major news online platforms. Although the news has not been confirmed by the presidency, it is been speculated that the resignation is not unrelated to Adeosun's NYSC certificate scandal and her desire not to hurt the president's public image in the run up to the 2019 elections.
But could it be that Mrs. Kemi Adeosun who officially joined the APC in 2019 might have resigned so as to pursue an elective post on the platform of the APC?
