It's not scam : it is limited liability company...meaning the company could be sued for scam activities. It's legit.

Why not go to the inec office in that LG, or ask your former SPO to direct you to the appropriate person. You stand a better chance of getting it resolved via those channels than here

I will not conclude for all state or LGA but those that we did training together for the 3 days saw their names and mostly ex corper..... IKEJA LG to be precise
