Its seem there is a problem connecting to your database.
Check to see if you entered the correct db info.

Mostly your config.php file.

Use your surname as password or better still click on forgot password.
I tried resetting my password too, the instruction says a reset link will be sent to mail addrrss after providing my matric and submit but am yet to get any link in my mail.

if you have collected your matric number and have been unable to view your portal page, then follow these steps,it might help/
1.from noun home page, click on 'menu'
2.click on 'apply now'
3.locate 'prospective student'
4.click on 'sign up'
supply the necessary information that will be required.

if successful, good
if not,do get back to us.
Its saying that I have already signed up with my matric number.

I can't sign up on the portal, it saying I have already signed up with my matric number, then I tried to sign in with my matric number but no password because I didn't do any sign up on the portal.

Yes you can proceed to your SC for screening.

I have paid the school fees yet, I was advised to wait till January when the portal is opened for registration.

My SC is at Agidingbi Ikaja, I went for the screening on 7/12/2015 and was screened and cleared that same day.

Morning guys, please I need some clarification about NOUN.
I applied for NOUN DE admission, I have be screened and cleared at my SC. The question now is how will the grading system be since I will be starting from 200 level.

Mrng guys, the fees schedule on NOUN website for new students is not specified by 1st & 2nd semesters while that for returning students is specified.
Does this means new students are to pay the fees on the fees schedule twice(1st and 2nd semester)

If that's what you call it. A Tool to me would be like an additional plugin to a browser or an app or software you access a webpage with, in order to develop/edit... or whatever.... Since it is inbuilt with every browser, I don't see it as a tool.
