I made an international transaction online in dollars and was charged at the rate of 280 per dollar. Now If I have dollars in my account, how can I change it to naira at the same 280 naira per dollar exchange rate.

I am a 400 level mechanical engineering student. I just completed my 6 months industrial training in an oil and gas servicing company, and I really picked up interest in the industry. Now,I would love to work for the majors...the exploration companies.will a masters in petroleum engineering in a reputed university abroad give me a chance to achieve this.

And secondly, can I go for a masters in mechanical engineering and still achieve my aim,because petroleum engineering is kind of limited in scope compared to mechanical engineering and due to the serious falling of oil price,no one knows what the future will look like for the oil and gas industry.

Sir,do you think with all the crisis surrounding the oil price,this is a good time to enroll for masters in petroleum engineering? And are the oil companies still recruiting fresh graduates with the low prices?

But as it stands, will oil price still rise soon?

With all that is happening in the oil and gas industry worldwide caused by the falling oil price leading to mass layoffs in some companies,is it advisable to still enroll for a master in petroleum engineering. Will applying to a top petroleum university like university of Texas at Austin guarantee me a job in any of the multinationals in the US.i have a very strong 2.1 in mechanical engineering.Thanks.
