7;30pm - ate semovita & okra soup.

10;30pm - did 100+ skippin plus 50 sit-ups.

Currently weigh 103kg now

I CHECKED MY WEIGHT TODAY @ ABOUT 5:15PM AND I WEIGHED 99KG (HAHAHAHAHA)
