I did physical verification and emailed my documents to them including the two documents used for my verification. Although I got no response from them based on the email.

Yes I've uploaded it before but the main issue is that, it wasn't uploaded with the title Local Government certificate. Which I've done just today and also sent to d mail indicated.

I think it's both snepco and scholastica. I'm not sure. Here's what I got. It even has a deadline

If it's no fault of yours,you can do well to call and politely remind the personnel assigned to your school of your plight

I got a mail from fsb asking for my details because my records were not on their database, just my email address. So I waited 2wks ND was sent the award letter.
My main concern now is about the submission of hard copy and verification... I need insight
