Are you not following this group NE? Some people have already received their second payment last week Friday without verification. It happened even in the last payment.
A class mate of mine also received his (alert) today in the evening. He had earlier received that same message I posted here.

Usually application opens august-Sept , exam by November at ur choosen center
Just treat general current affairs, a little of English , Quantitative and verbal reasoning
