However no regret , the matter will remain very hot in my cooler until they remove the details that labeled me as a scammer on this forum,and if I don’t have money and patience to follow the legal procedures at the high court, I will just turn the table , ain’t the only with tag able details, beside what is good for goose is also good for the gander.
I still insist customers who have patronized me know me as a nice person, and I will do my best to keep maintain that.

Buyers said tab had a faulty charging port, you did not give her solutions, like to try a different charger, or to meet up with a different charger to try it.
You just switched blindly, then she said the new one can’t do YouTube, you didn’t now show her how to or tell her how to, I doubt there’s an android OS that can’t stream YouTube.
She was then expecting you to swap it out for a better tab, but the better tab cost more which made you unable to do the swap I guess, and then she brought it online .
And the whole conclusion was that she was then given that first tab, which she claimed to have charging issues, which is what she’s currently using and enjoying now.
I think (my opinion) that case was a case of “buyers remorse” she got the tab, didn’t like it, wanted something better, brought up charging issues, you then gave her a similar tab, she came up with another excuse thinking you’ll swap it out like last time, when you refused she then brought it online for blackmail.
If you had done a check on the first tab, all these wouldn’t have happened in the first place.
About the scammer tag, you can keep mailing the mods with your case, with hopes to bring it down.

We Nigerians want good things, but doing good and being good is clearly not something we are prepared to do. And then we will go on Twitter to wail about how bad the country is becoming.

Our thinking and moral outlook is so madly twisted and that despite the fact that we are one of the most religious people in the world. Like why do we love preying on each other so much and get so mad when other people stop us from doing that? We really can be very terrible people.

Bringing Nigeria into the equation, don’t you remember SARS that was brought to return sanity, they did well for a few and then started going after innocent youths when they had too much power.

That’s same thing happening.
Yes, trying to swindle a buyer is bad but trying to defame or spoil the reputation of a seller is also bad as well. Major reason he’s on ban for now.
If you’re coming at a seller do your research well, and come with straight facts, instead of a hunch.
FutureF is still paying the price for not handling the situation well at that time.
I know buyers on here are more than sellers so buyers always win, but at times try and put yourself in the sellers shoe sometimes.

Innocent seller would come here to post and item, and he’ll do everything in his power to bad mouth it. He’s only on point maybe about 10% of the time esp. on price, the other times he’s just over doing it for cheap likes

I understand he has had bad experience with some of the items that’s has been sold to him and some of his friends as he usually says outside this thread. Have known Psalmz for over 4yrs now and have purchased nothing less than 4-5million naira phone from him.
His devices never gave me any doubt or issues. As at last month, I think I got JBL Charge 4 and Apple Watch too from him and I’m still using and enjoying it. No body is perfect here. I know some people are trying to bring him down in one way or the other calling him scam well let me tell you all ranting here. My first transaction with him cost over 1.2m and he sent the phone down to me. We started doing business. January I think I gave out his contact to friends who purchased more than 2million naira gadgets and still counting. If you need evidence, you can WhatsApp me all our chat are still here with me. I talked with him today to address this issue, he was pissed off about this particular guy.
My advice to the OP, this is not a matter of scam, ranting here won’t solve any problem here. You know his shop why not go there and try to sort out things with him? A google search on sellers moniker will reveal this page, If O.P had added his name/number to the topic or post then every google search on his name/number will bring out this thread, right under his google business account, which O.P can still go and drop his feedback.
