The stray dog, nicknamed Medvebaka from the Russian words for bear and dog, appears to have the body of a canine with a bear-like snout and head.

Veterinarians said the dog May have been crossed between long-nosed and a Chow chow.
It has a Distinctive blue tongue too

Dog eats grass.
It is Normal for them,They tend to eat grass to improve Digestion and also meet some Nutrition that is not enough in their Dog food example Fiber need,that's why they eat grass.
But some Dogs usually throw up after eating Grass though.

i dont know if its normal she is 4 months old now, she can play from now till 2moro asin rough play . she dosent even know when someone is serious . everyone in the compound is her friend and she eats too much
