Point of correction, NUPRC and NCDMB are not subsidiaries under MPR. There are agencies under MPR.
It seems you are working with NCDMB, can you shed more light about their package.

Omo no be only them, most self funded agencies are struggling because of this deduction and this might affect recruitments.
