You may want to clarify from another platform.

Mpeace: Take a look at Dang sugar and nascon trades for today. No single 100k deal but they both made 10% price appreciation. I noticed it happen on manÿ different stocks at different times. By the single 100k rule, both ought not to move today but they did.
I do not know, but I noticed stocks move on cumulative/consecutive trade at the same price. I think the total number of trades for most equities @ COB is not correct on the itrade platform, suggestive of a glitch. You may want to clarify from another platform. |

OBAGADAFFI: I think it depends on Brokers.
I bought some shares through a broker on the qualification date and I got dividends without filling out the mandate form.
But for another broker, I had to follow up with the register before getting my dividends. Dear @OBAGADAFFI, Kindly confirm which ones "Some Brokers are fully automated, once you buy/sell it goes and CSCS and Registrars immediately". |

Sir, thank you for this great insight. emmanuelewumi: Possible if the economy grows, housing deficit of 20 million units is reduced, infrastructural deficits are addressed. Our population should clock 400 million in 40 years if the population growth rate is not addressed, the people will definitely need houses, schools etc |

Can DangCem produce this kind of return over the next 30 - 40 Years? emmanuelewumi: 1000 units grew to over 25,000 units between 1980 and 2020.
N100,000 invested in 1980 must be worth over N1 billion Naira and dividends of about N400 million in the last 40 years |

Tools to the best of my knowledge will use data for a 12 months period to predict possible current trends. A tool that will suggest you wait till the end of a 12 months period, when the harm/good would have been done and dusted should be revisited for a possible review. meshpips: My computation is from year-to-date.
When you delve into the VWAP study, you will see such a thing as ANCHORED VWAP which refers to the start point of the computation.
The analysis for GTBank had a 9 or 10 year look back period while this one for Zenith only looks back to the start of year 2020 (this was why I told you 12 months as the time frame within which you will see these things come to pass).
If we ask the right questions, we will get the right answers. |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mails4funshi: 9:00am On May 28, 2020 |
I want to believe the fall and rise of Zenith signals direction of the ASI. We are in this together. meshpips: Let me show us a few things from my volume analytics :
Last week closed at 16.95 while last week's VAP was 17.44 (this was why I said touching 17.44 will be the litmus test for Zenith as at last week).
For this new week, the VAP is at 18.08
We still have about 509 million units of stock in the net sell direction as shown in the K column.
If price touches 18.08 this week then closes with a bearish body next week, Zenith will sell back to the 11.90 low (maybe lower).
18.08 is the price level to watch for this week. |

This is from Troves Help Centre: Who owns the Stocks? Are this assets even held in my name? Written by Tomi Updated over a week ago You own the stocks through your account with Trove and DriveWealth. DriveWealth manages the books and records and stocks are held in custody by ICBC Financial Services, New York. Nigerian Securities are held in custody by ARM Securities or in your name depending on what you opt for during your on boarding process. gamaliel9: What you wrote here is different from my experience with another app CHAKA..all the companies that paid me dividend, from Gilead to Altria, and recently AT&T,Verizon too,all of them paid my dividend straight to my wallet, then i exchanged them on the platform, then withdrew to my bank account. This is for US stocks Then for local stocks, i dont buy there,i use Meritrade and ARM..but people buy Nigerian stocks, cscs and chn numbers are sent to them.. they now DOWNLOAD E DIVIDEND MANDATE from relevant registrars, fill and sign, stamped by their bankers and sent to registrars OR submit at their bank. Many have gotten their dividends this way. May be Trove is different. |

You could as well buy dollar at your preferred rate, pay into your Dollar account on trove and you are left with the $2.5 charge to contend with. millennium2012: I have officially closed my account on Trove. Their rip off is too much. Imagine charging $2.5 for every order no matter how small, outside conversion rate of 368.8/$. Coupled with their app anomaly. I will end up working for them. I think I'd rather stick with Etoro, pending when I get a better alternative. |

Enphase Energy (ENPH) $57.22
ENPH rose as much as 43.3% today after the company reported fourth-quarter and full-year 2019 operating results. The solar hardware leader met the top end of Q4 guidance for revenue and gross margin. It was the company's first quarterly period with at least $200 million in revenue.
Even more impressively, the business generated full-year 2019 operating income of $102 million, compared to only $1.6 million in the previous year. Enphase Energy expects for the momentum to continue in the first quarter of 2020, but management has already begun preparing investors for slightly reduced operating margin as it ramps up investments to support its fledgling energy storage portfolio. As of 1:24 p.m. EST yesterday, the renewable energy stock had settled to a 39.3% gain.
There is money in this stock today for anyone interested in momentum trading. I will do a quick one. Due diligence advised. |
