Ekpoma25:Thank you: @Ekpoma25, @RabbiDoracle, @TLAX, @Agbalowomeri. This has been resolved. NSE wrote to them and they acted promptly. |
RabbiDoracle:Thank you RabbiDoracle, I gave a sale Mandate with a price limit. They acted negligently and will not even reply any of my mails. |
bigjay01:I initiated a transfer of account but CASHCRAFT frustrated the effort with the excuse of my current address not conforming with what they have and bla bla. I dumped the idea and resulted to selling off . |
[quote author=TLAX post=86371489][quote]You can always complain to NSE and get the balance if you are sure you gave a limit order and they didn't honor that. read your sale order mail very well. Going from the antecedents of that company as discussed here in the past I think the priority should be to get out your money they are holding onto first and then chase the difference later.By the way, you can simply transfer your CSCS account and all the shares in it to another stockbroker without having to first sell the shares. Its a seamless process. [quote]Thank You TLAX. Just waiting to sell off all that I have with them. I moved a long time. |
Why not submit the complain via the whistleblowing portal of NSE. http://www.nse.com.ng/regulation/market-surveillance/x-whistle-(whistleblowing) Thank You. |
Hello good people, how do i handle a situation where my analogue broker(CASHCRAFT) decides to sell lower than the mandated price and has refused to remit to my bank account proceed of the transaction. I was hoping to move the fund to my Investment One account, buy a few units of UBA for dividend and possible price increase. This transaction was done on the 24th January, 2020. Help a brother. cc Agbalowomeri cc RabbiDoracle cc Currentprice cc Marliannvestor |
