I have some advice for you:
1. Start to meditate little by little. Use an app if you have to and don't ever stop. I'm serious.
2. Get some sunlight every day.
3. Start to exercise. Any way you can.
4. If you are a Christian, then join a bible believing church. You can even join a department after some time.
5. Get engaged in any kind of legitimate work that brings money to your pocket.

All will be well in no time.
