Actually, now that I think about it, you may be right, but you're only partly right.
Truly sugar can make you crash and burn if sugar is the only diet you're consuming. However, if you take a low glycemic index carbohydrate food, with the right amount of other food classes, such as protein and fat, as well as fibre and other micronutrients, you'll be ok. Trust me. And this is scientifically proven. But don't take my word for it, check it out yourself.

Wow, I’ve been quietly following this thread and your updates are both inspiring and super informative. It’s crazy how much energy and clarity can come just from cutting carbs and sugar — I’ve had a similar experience when I started listening more to my body instead of blindly following diet trends.

Carb so often gets a bad rap but it's the default fuel source for the body, especially the brain. The body only resorts to other fuel source when sugar is not available. Any diet that is devoid of any form of sugar is not sustainable and -- I would even argue -- not very healthy.

When we rear, hunt, trade or consume animals and animal products including eggs, milk or their offsprings. Are we not directly or indirectly propagating the pain and sufferings of these animals, especially when we have the option of a plant based diet?

I will continue for about one year, then slowly introduce fruits and vegetables. The rest of my life, I may never eat bread and , will never eat three meals a day. I am planning on building lots of muscles starting from next week and need lots of protein. I will never eat vegetable/olive oil again. I feel so good now like I am on drugs just by changing my diets. My fear is if I am able to sustain these as I am moving to Nigeria later this year and there are lots of good food in Nigeria. I will try my best to keep this going as much as possible.

I can recommend trosyd cream or nizoral cream with tablets. But you still need a doctor for proper guidance.

As a corper, I was posted to a certain secondary school in isiokolo ethiope east LGA Delta state where I thought chemistry to ss1 students. The majority of the students were dull and unruly. One day I hit one girl on the head and sent her outside.
