you know for the first time since reading this topic, I have decided to swallow everything science tells me with a pinch of salt.

it's not like I believe 'the earth is flat' story yet, but lately I have been observing the night sky and below are my observations:

could it be that the reason why we get to see only one side of the Moon is because the Moon is actually flat?

if the earth is moving through space, why do we have the same stars mapping our sky?

all alien space crafts are portrayed as being disc-like, why? is it because they have an idea of what the planets look like?

all the aforementioned may help accelerate healing time but from experience only time can heal every broken heart.

like I wrote earlier, I am not looking for cheap sympathy but if the sympathy will help me heal quickly so be it. this story is very long that if I have to write it out here I'd be writing a novel. he's not a bad person neither am I a perfect person. the problem is that little things offend him and instead of talking it out he goes silent on me. the first time lasted a month, another one lasted three weeks, yet another and another. the first time it happened, he came back after one month to tell me that he was only punishing me for not picking his call even though I told him I wasn't close to my phone when he called. another time he wanted money for something not so important and I also wanted to use my money for something important so I asked him to wait but he got angry and refused to talk to me. he relocated to Lagos just two months ago and since then I have been trying my best to visit him over the weekend and sometimes during weekdays after work just to see how he's doing. if I have done something to offend him all he needed to do was to tell me and I would apologize but he refused to say anything. the last time I offended him was when we had an appointment and I didn't make it. he didn't talk to me for 4 days. it took the intervention of his friend (that was after several calls and messages that he didn't respond to) before he forgave me. the painful part is that I sent away guys who are ready for marriage because of him even though I never told him so as not to scare him or belittle him but now...he's making me look like a desperado.

the last time he picked my call, he told me he was at his sister's place. after then I tried calling but he wasn't picking. I am not trying to paint a bad picture of him, not at all. neither am I calling myself a perfect person but the fact that he is not communicating when he's always online says a lot. going over to his house will only humiliate me and make me look cheap.

I'm not avoiding the question... I leave for work as early as 5am and return as late as 7:30-8:00pm everyday yet he expects me to visit him before heading home which is not even possible as I would be too tired and would want to get set for the next day. the only available time I have is on weekends and I thought he understood. I'm trying my best to please him even though he's not working yet. I send him links to job openings because I love him and want to grow with him. I have told him before to let me know when I do something he doesn't like so that I can apologize but he never does...he loves to keep malice. what else am I supposed to do?

Within those 2 years there must have been signs that this relationship isn't going anywhere. I can also bet my charger that this isn't the first time he is ignoring you. He must have been ignoring you for shorter periods of time and you two found a way to make up, but this is the first time it's lasting 2 weeks and that's why it's all coming together for you. Now you'll start remembering other instances when he has done it but you failed to pay any attention.

For your own sake, stop caring about him and engage yourself in other activities for good. You don't even need to block him because he doesn't give a fuck_ and wouldn't even notice he's blocked.

Is obvious he has ended the relationship. And from your previous thread, this dude in question doesn't love you, if you're holding on hoping for a miracle to happen cos you're head over heels in love with him, i'm sorry to say this...it isn't going to happen.
Block him and cry as much as you can, it helps.
