We can see before the Rapture occurs....
a. The Antichrist will be present in the world
b. The Antichrist will wear out (tribulation) the Saints.

Now we can see that the purpose of the Rapture is to save many saints who are still alive during the reign of tribulation by the Antichrist (no human being will be able to survive it, because it has been given unto him).

The Antichrist is against the saints because they won't want to obey immoral laws and then the saints will be termed haters, homophobes etc, and then the law of collecting the mark will come into play which many will collect, but the saints wont, and hence many will be killed by beheading or other means, that's why Jesus said in Matthew 24:21.." For then shall be a great tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be; 22. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake, those days shall be shortened.[/quote]
