A relative once lost over 4m to estate management wahala cos he doesn't want to wait, some lost their money over the sudden death of the person they're paying to in installments. Nigeria at times is designed for you to wait if you're not influencial.
Lastly,I couldn't afford to build when cement was sold for 1200,4500 respectively but grace found me when it was later sold for 11500 per bag. I had no regrets waiting 😁
