Hello Seyi 1. This can be determined by IRCC. But of recent, there has been speedy responses from IRCC on study permit applications, final decisions coming withing a month or 2. If that remains, then hopefully you should get a Final response before your resumption dates. But I will give you a little advise, once you see you have a medical request, start preparing for your departure just in case your Visa drops few weeks to your resumption, to avoid late preparation. 2. You must put an end date, probably the date before you submit your application... Peace Seyicar: Hello House,
Please i have two quick questions:
1. I intend to submit my application on or before Thursday next week. I'm applying for Fall intake, i hope i can still meet up for early September?
2. Please what do I fill in the "To" box of the IMM1294e form for Job experience. I'm still working, i have filled my start date, but i dont know end date. |

Congrats once again Toceen.. I also respect you for being simple enough to obey my instructions as regards your SOP... No argument, no issues.. All thanks to God, it has finally ended in praise... Canada can't wait for your breakthrough.. Safe Journey to Marple Land.... Peace Toceen2022: So guys, here is my timeline.
This journey started in 2020 when I applied to University of New Brunswick, but I wasn't admitted. I wasn't really serious about it then because business was going on fine, that's why I applied to UNB alone.
Around April 2021, when dollar issues hit our business so hard, I lost a lot of money and it started to look like the journey will never be possible again. I discuss with my siblings and we knew it's time to make move and leave this country, because exchange rate means a lot in our Importation business. I decided to prioritize this Canada journey and started making a lot of research and reading on nairaland.
First of all, I decided to apply to schools supported by Mpower, because 7 figures monthly income has dropped by almost 60%. I contacted many potential supervisors and one from University of Victoria fixed a date for interview. She accepted to be my supervisor and I applied around October 2021. I also applied to University of Manitoba. By February 2022, when I didn't hear from Uvic and Manitoba I quickly applied to Fanshawe, Conestoga and NSCC.
March 2022, admissions started rolling in: University of Victoria - Accepted University of Manitoba - Rejected Fanshawe College - Accepted Conestoga College - Accepted NSCC - Accepted
I opted for University of Victoria because I have a supervisor, no tuition deposit required and it is a Master's Program. I didn't submit my visa application for about 2 months because I was waiting for funding letter. During this period, I started gathering documents and writing my SOP. When everything was set I contacted Makano to review my SOP. He gave me a thumbs up, but emphasize on writing it as formal letter and did some editing, removing the sub-headings, turning it into paragraphs. I respect him so much for being calm. He sent voice notes to me to explain why he did some things and assured me it's the best. "I have been doing it like that and I've been getting positive results with my clients". That was actually his words. Thank you Makano, I respect you Bro

Just be transparent with the Visa officer of the source of the said lump sum, the date of the lump sum(you will eed to make reference to your SOA) and also the purpose of the said lump sum.... If you know you do not have a tangible or convincing explanation, then do a Deed gift.. A Lawyer will help you with the procedure of getting a Deed gift.. Hello Oremeter IRCC doesn't conduct Interview for applicants like other developed countries, so your SOP is the document that sells you out to the visa officer in your absence.. So Yes, SOP is required and very important for your study Visa application to Canada.. Peace Oremeter: Hello guys.
Is the Visa SOP required when applying for a study visa in Canada? I'm curious because I didn't write a statement of purpose before being accepted to the University of Ottawa.
Thank you.

Order for your GCMS notes, these are just everyday generic reasons.. Peace sodmad: Hello nairalanders, I applied for my study permit visa and I was refused. I'm 18years of age, admitted at University of Alberta for the fall term 2022. Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.
My sponsor was a board member of my high school who has promised to sponsor the overall best student to study in Canada. Documents submitted:- -Application form -Birth certificate -passport -LOE -Proof of funds by sponsor - N12m -Entrance Scholarship from school - $8000 CAD -Tuition deposit -$1000CAD -My certificate of excellence as the best student -WAEC certificate

Congrats to you Hubmon I am glad to be part pf your success study, Canada cant wait for your shine.. And hope you keep dedicating yourself to God even after you have gotten your Visa.. It ha finally ended in praise.. Peace Hubmon360: Long Post Alert!!!!!! When Jesus says yes nobody can say no. Fam the Lord name be praised. I fasted and prayed 3 times a week and dedicated myself to the Lord completely during this time, my prayers also went with bible passages on Proverbs 21 vs 1 - The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes. I changed mine with the same context adding the immigration officers heart is in the hands of the Lord, and He would turn the officers heart in my favor. Also 2 Corinthians 1 vs 20 - For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. In my context God's promise for me is Yes and not no, so therefore no officer can delay my application. My journey actually started in 2016 December, but to cut the story short I was officially able to apply in May 23, 2021 but was denied in October 19, 2021, my second application was in December 2021 which was also denied March 14, 2022, My 3rd app was April 2 approved June 7th. I had to defer from September 2021 to September 2022 as my program only starts in Fall.
Timeline of all My application Age 32 years 1st application applied may 23, 2021 Did upfront 31, May Upfront medical updated June 8 Eligibility started September 27 Delayed October 19, 2021 Reason - Personal asset and Financial status
2nd application Applied December 20, 2021 Upfront Medical Updated February 15, 2022 Eligibility started March 1, 2022 Delayed March 14, 2022 Reason - Purpose of visit ...... I caused this reason because I applied with only 3 pages LoE and no Sop which got the visa officer confused and requested for better explanation of my reason to study
3rd application Applied April 2, 2022 had to go for another medical on the 24th of May as My previous medical is supposed to have expired, even as my gcms notes states it would expire 8th of June. Eligibility started June 6, 2022 PPR June 7, 2022
