I can see that pound for pound, the Canadian Solar is outperforming the Flames array.

Around a period of time or date, simple.
Improper handing down of information has made people start using circa for "around, about" for non-datetime matters and it stuck.
Just like the word "corper", which isnt valid but has since been incorporated since it became widespread.
