You should be able to know when Paul was expressing his own view and when its a command from the Lord.

For example, In 1 Cor 7, compare verse 1-11 and verse 12-14

10 To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband.

11 But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife.

12 To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her.

13 And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him.

14 For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.

Now, lets go back to your scripture and see if its a command or Paul's opinion:

12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet.

The bolded shows that this was Paul's opinion, we didn't see The Lord does not permit or I command you not to allow

He does not need counsel from anybody. The bible already states that no divorce and no remarriage except the other member died. So what advice does the leader of a church need.

They all claim to. But only God knows what goes on in the heart of man. And I sincerely believe that even if a corrupt pastor pastors a genuine young Christian, the young Christian will still go to heaven as long as he truly believes in God's word
So to me your salvation depends on you, even though it tends to be influenced by some external factors sometimes.

Coincidentally, yes. Those are the only 2 I know sha. I think he was highly ostracised back in the days by most of the Nigerian churches (especially CAN) when he started his revolutionary preaching (prosperity, trousers, dress style etc) even though many of them are preaching the same now...

Either he or she didn't bother to reach out to any senior pastor for counseling, or the other pastors were just too happy to see what they thought would divide his church. I have never been a fan of Christians taking their case to the law courts.

1. MIRIAM

“Then the prophet Miriam, Aaron’s sister, took a tambourine in her hand; and all the women went out after her with tambourines and with dancing. And Miriam sang to them: ‘Sing to the LORD, for he has triumphed gloriously; horse and rider he has thrown into the sea’” (Exodus 15:20-21).


2. DEBORAH - was a prophetess and a judge in Israel

“At that time Deborah, a prophetess, wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel. She used to sit under the palm of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim; and the Israelites came up to her for judgment” (Judges 4:4-5).

3. Isaiah wife was a prophetess - Isaiah 8:3

4. Huldah was a prophetess - 2 Kings 22:14

5. Noadiah was a prophetess

“Remember Tobiah and Sanballat, O my God, according to these things that they did, and also the prophetess Noadiah and the rest of the prophets who wanted to make me afraid” (Nehemiah 6:14).
