I will suggest you shouldn't wait for any sms invitation provided you have done account opening, get their app working then go back for the last signature. signature is VERY MANDATORY to access funds. Of cause app is working, i can do transfer using the app. Transfer is free

The reason for my statement is because I'm in Delta state and the nearest branch seems to be Lagos. I don't have anybody to stay with in Lagos when I go. I was thinking I'd go by night and get there in the morning finish the whole process and then travel back that same day. I don't know how possible this is
Because I haven't been to Lagos before or even know somebody there I could stay with till I finally finished everything. So this whole branch mandatory stuff is just making me confuse. Because I really need the fund to start up something

Thought they was a branch in Portharcourt? Don't know how close it is to Delta. Even if they created the account for you remotely because of their policy of signing the NYIF agreement you have to go to one of their branches. Don't know why it's only them that's serious about signing.

If you are under Baobab and can make it to Lagos i suggest their Ikeja Branch. They will make sure you do everything that day so you don't have to come back, and the process is easy and seamless. Unfortunately signing the agreement is compulsory, they said it's an order from NYIF and the agreement also carry the heading of NYIF so it's not their typical loan. Wonder why other banks are different tho.

So me from delta now. Have to go to Lagos, Ikeja. Ahhhh

Guy just because you've been able to visit a branch to open am account. Doesn't mean that's the only thing to do. They said visit a branch or fill the form. And that's basically because they know they don't have much branches. And the account number space is meant to be left blank. If you have with them before you can just put it. But if not leave it blank. Shuu I just de look you since, stop making people worry

I Actually don't want to comment on this issue of NYIF and how the process of disbursement is going to be, but I was compelled to do so by my friends and brothers here who keep asking the same questions everyday.

To hit straight to the point and keep the matter simple, the NYIF have partnered with 3 other disbursing agents apart from NIRSAL so as to make the processes of disbursement easier for those 10000 shortlisted beneficiaries. One of the Disbursing agent is NPF MFB, so if a text was sent to your email by NPF Micro finance Bank just know that you are part of the 2500 beneficiaries whose loan disbursement and repayments will be handed by NPF MFB. If you ain't sent a text by NPF MFB it is not something to be worried about, just know that your own disbursement will either be through NIRSAL MFB or the other disbursing agents and these other agents also have their plans too.

Lastly, the messages directing beneficiaries to create an account by NPF MFB is actually genuine and is part of the process because the account will be used for repayments of the loans, this is similar to the accounts opened by NIRSAL for the previous beneficiaries. Those who have accepted their loan offer should expect their loan within 10-14 days after acceptance and note that your money will be paid into your normal bank account the ones you updated on NYIF portals few months ago and not to the NPF MFB accounts. The NPF MFB accounts is only a repayment account. Thank you.

Those that missed the training during last batch few months ago got paid. I doubt any admin will be putting down any name in zoom training. Those names put down as attendance on zoom training is a mere formality, the most important thing is to be shortlisted and sent training link
