you're right an interest free loan that can be written off after a few years if the person is unable to secure a job or unable to work. Available to all students nationwide seeking public education is small.....something Nigeria has not enjoyed since the 60's......if it's sure for you tell your father to go and do it........

The current Wealth and status Lagos enjoys started in 2006.....Lagos was rich before then sure....but it was not until 2006 under the guidance of Tinubu that it moved into a new level....And yes a lot of the new establishments that drove that growth started in 2006 from Lawma - LAMATA.....LASSA alone brought in 1 billion.
