I purchased a pair of ball joint for my 2003 Toyota corolla S. Only one was sent. I complained through their customer service email several times but they refused to respond. I again purchased some spare parts about 2 months ago. But I am yet to receive it. The funny thing is that you cannot track anything bought on their website. I complained through the regular channel by sending email with my invoice number. Upto this moment, I have not received any reply. I also tried their phone numbers but they aint going through. What do I do?
