Kanwulia: Yes, he did rob me. I caught him stealing too. He does not blend well with the family. As soon as I saw his true color, I cut him off. I don’t trust him at all. The bad blood between him and my cousin was the last straw. I have peace dealing with strangers than family members.✅ Sorry about that, what will it take for you to reconsider your position right now? |

LordLicifer: What about the other 250 million 16 years olds In Nigeria? Oh! I forgot, they should be frying akara and roasting corn.
I think Nigerian universities and colleges must add frying akara and roasting corn in their lessons, it should be part of examinations, degrees and qualifications.
Scholarships must be given for akara frying and corn roasting. Na her papa sponsor her. Do you know how long it will take to become a chartered accountant? We all know something but no one is going to say it. |

Kanwulia: Remember I already have 3 tenants living in the compound paying almost N2million a year in total?✅ 2) 3-bedroom apts 1) 2-bedroom apt and 1) 1 bedroom(gate house) Another 2-bedroom apt is under construction.✅
The main building upstairs has FIVE bedrooms with SIX full bathrooms.✅
Total room capacity = SIXTEEN, all with private bathrooms.😍 Will evict all the tenants soon and open up for weddings and burials reservations only.✅
I’d rather spend my money while alive. I am not leaving ONE RED CENT for nobarry!😎
I will continue to pay that salary as long as the couple works for me. I am not doing that nasty, ADPC “minimum wage” shyte!🍷 We will start an Airbnb business soon, and they will manage it.✅
I have written my will and handed to the family attorney and all my siblings. The house will be sold to the highest bidder and all proceeds shared equally amongst ALL SIBLINGS.✅
I no longer wish to give it to my last brother. He does not deserve it.👍🏽 Damn, how things change. Remember he didn't rob you, he's just someone brought up in Nigeria. Unlike you. Not his fault. Taste is acquired not born with it. |

Harddiskng: In other words, Mrs Ajayi that seperated from Mr Ajayi before his death; went to court to argue the “deceased is my husband” just to claim his estate in death.
Where was the love to get him back to be your husband before his death, i guess we will never find out.
This life ehn
He should have gotten a divorce from Mrs Ajayi then
May people that were never there for us, never taste out of the fruits of our labour when we die 🤲🏽
******************************
Helen Prest had a valid claim but failed cuz she could have gotten better lawyers, Mrs Ajayi case was handled by a SAN, Helen Prest should have done same with the magnitude of what was at stake, hiring from the top law firms in Nigeria (Aluko & Oyebode, Banwo & Ighodalo, Olaniwun Ajayi, Templars etc) would have been money well spent for Helen Prest.
Helen Prest had better appeal and bring an atomic bomb to the battle (eg evidence of Mrs Ajayi infidelity, proof the deceased no longer wanted anything to do with her etc ).
Anyways 3 gbosa to Mr Kunle Adegoke SAN for winning this round. I like good lawyers. Mrs Ajayi was wise enough to hire a SAN, the cunny woman brought a Bazooka to a gun fight Let me explain this thing properly. The woman you marry might not take care of you in old age because she is also battling old age too. The solution. Marry a young wife or your child will have to forfeit their dream in other to take care of you while other children support financially. There's a reason why Abishag the shunamite was chosen to take care of king David when he was old and not his wife. Because queens weren't brought up to take care of kings in their vulnerable moments. Only a servant could do that. Now the question is after doing all that, bathing him. Cleaning his body after pooing on himself, should she not be compensated for something like that (I'm not saying that's what she did) but I'll tell you it takes love to do something like that. Something the wife can't do. Have you ever carried an old man to the toilet before? No. Only your child or someone that truly loves you can do that. |

Ladies Always make sure that married man that you are loving has divorced his wife if not you will cry tears with nothing to show for it.
I saw a story like this where the lady was taking care of this old man and the real wife never visited for one day. The day the man died the real wife visited, caused trouble and the lady left the house. After burial the wife traveled back abroad the next day. |

Family › Re: Quit Notice by malcom1X: 8:16pm On Jun 05 |
You are entitled to 6 months' notice before a tenancy can be terminated. The 3-week notice your landlord gave you is far too short and is legally invalid.
Also, a landlord cannot issue a valid quit notice simply because a tenant demands necessary repairs. The requirement for a 6-month notice is absolute, and his failure to follow this procedure renders the notice you received effectively worthless. Even though the quit notice expires, the landlord can not evict you. Only the courts can evict you.
If he brings police to your house, keep repeating that this is a civil case. Don't reply to any policeman's questions.
Let's see if he will take you to court. Only reply to the court not a policeman.
Only the courts can evict you.
Changing locks, removing your belongings, or cutting off utilities without a court order is illegal and you can sue for damages.
He has an option, to reduce house rent which he is not willing to do. So relax yourself.
Lastly don't sign anything. |
Health › Re: Anambra Launches Long-Acting Injectable For HIV Prevention by malcom1X: 11:00am On May 24 |
DomPerignon: Another reason Anambra was chosen by this Gates foundation initiative is because it has been recorded to have the highest density and number of disorderly houses.
Anambra is also the gay capital of the south.
Also, note that there are no long term safety studies. The only thing published about this drug is it's efficacy in preventing infection and reinfection but no paper has been issued on its long term safety.
You will note how the organisation peddling this drug is mentioning adolescent as a prime target for this program .
Why is that?
Because they want to study the effects of the drug among younger volunteers who they can track and document the long term effects of their drug. How is Anambra the gay capital of Nigeria? 😂😂😂 Have you ever been to Anambra before? |
Politics › Re: Rivers 2027: This Is How Fubara Will Help His Brother As A Sitting Governor by malcom1X: 10:55am On May 24 |
Freshtruth: If sim faubara knows the power he holds as a sitting governor during an election then he can help NDC candidate Blessing Fubara win very easily. Wike has already make a mistake by presenting another ikwere man as Apc governorship candidate after him and Ameachi did 16 good years together as sons from Ikwere. His brother blessing can actually use that as one of the campaign strategy the election is not a primaries is the major election himself to be decided by the people not delegates His brother sim is the number one citizen of the state he has the power to supervise the election by appointing special agent and security details on ground to prevent vote buyers and bus snatchers he can rig the election himself to his brother advantage. Blood is thicker than water no matter the party he is afflicted in he will still work for his brother. Blessing to me look like who is mor blood than sim I believe is a pre arrangement made by sim cause if he had decamp to NDC he would had offend tinubu and he will be facing impeachment by now. I believe sim is just play smart here. Wike shouldn't rejoice yet the battle is far from over the main ijaws can sit and wash ikwere dominate their own stae after 16yrs in head of affairs of rivers. This whole controversies might just play in favour of NDC presidential candidate peter obi . Rivers people might want to use the presidential election as a statement to what his to come during the governorship election. Port Harcourt people did it in 2015 even when the sitting governor Ameachi was in disagreement with the president, Apc got just 60k votes Just so you know, Ijaw don't own portharcourt. They created a state for them in Bayelsa. Why do we still have Ijaw in Rivers State affairs? |
