His name is Micheal Nkembuchi Ezuruonye...We got into boarding school together,Federal Government College Wukari,Gongola State in 1985..We were in the same class for three years before his dad transferred him to a Lagos school.I am 41 and Nkembuchi was not the youngest person in our class..It was one Tope who got into form 1 at the age of 9 so I know for a fact that Mike Nkembuchi Ezuruonye is not 31.Might have been a typo.... 2 Likes |

dc555: The President is the Chief Security Officer of the Nation and has the Executive power to make Emergency decisions. So if Cameroun invades Nigeria, the President should consult the National Assembly before taking any decision? The answer to your question is YES..The president has to approach the National Assembly to ask for the power to declare war on the aggressors..The National Assembly is the body that has the power to declare war in a constitutional democracy like Nigeria.. |
