I think since nairaland has domain authority more than so many websites in Nigeria. I would advise not to share your blog post there because Google will index hers and mark it as original while yours will be marked as plagiarised contents.

Pls avoid Nairaland else you will never grow with your new blog

Does it mean, there are possibilities for Tokfora to take over nairaland

I discovered that:
1. The contents was original and attracts visitors
2. Since it has a link for members to read another story from a competitor source. NL became afraid, thinking that her memebers may likely join Tokfora

I discovered that it was edited. The source Link were modified and a different link coming from twitter was used in place of the source Link. And I was not permitted to edit my article again.

Why would they change the source Link without the contents?

Sports › 10 World Class Managers Who Are Currently Jobless, With Zidane At The List by maliblack(op): 1:34pm On Sep 25, 2022
A handful of experienced football managers are currently jobless after being fired from their prior positions.

Zinedine Zidane is one of the few managers in the world who has never been sacked, having chosen to quit his job voluntarily.

Thomas Tuchel is the most recent prominent manager to lose his job after being fired from Chelsea earlier this year.

One of the hardest tasks for any football manager has proven to be maintaining a position in the dugout.

For instance, there have already been two sackings and three management changes in the Premier League.

The top five football leagues in Europe have all experienced this similar situation, and several additional managers are currently in jeopardy of losing their jobs.

One of the many managers under pressure is Julian Nagelsmann, the manager of Bayern Munich. In France, Lucien Favre, the manager of Nice, is in a similar situation after a poor Ligue 1 debut.

Politics › Re: Northern PDP Youths Protest In Kaduna, Chanting "Ayu Must Go" by maliblack(op): 7:39am On Sep 25, 2022
Politics › Northern PDP Youths Protest In Kaduna, Chanting "Ayu Must Go" by maliblack(op):
A group of PDP-North youths protested peacefully in Kaduna State to call on Senator Iyorchia Ayu, the party's national chairman, to quit immediately.

The group, which goes by the name of Northern PDP Youth, protested on Saturday outside the PDP secretariat in Kaduna State's capital while carrying placards with diverse inscriptions.

Although they were not allowed inside the building, the group's leader, Shehu Isah, the Chairman of the Northern PDP Youth, insisted that Ayu resign so that a Southerner could take over as Chairman of the PDP.

He claims that the demand is in the best interests of peace, equity, and fairness.

He stated that Senator Ayu's continuing tenure in office could endanger the victory of the party in the general elections of 2023.

"As things stand, Nigerians want and need PDP. But I don't think we will prevail given this internal crisis. The PDP National Chairman, Mr. Iyorchia Ayu, made a commitment to resign during the National Convention, and we are urging him to keep it if a northern candidate wins the party's ticket, he added.

"But it's injustice because Ayu is still the PDP National Chairman nearly six months after the convention. We are urging the PDP Caucus, PDP Board of Trustees, PDP NEC, and PDP National Working Committee to uphold justice for everyone.

Isah claimed that Atiku Abubakar, the PDP's presidential candidate for the 2023 election, had the full backing of the protesting youth. However, they were worried that if the party's internal conflict was not resolved, it would harm his chances, which is why they took this measure.

Since a Northerner has emerged as the front-runner for president, there have been more calls for Senator Ayu to step down so that a Southerner can take over as the party's national chairman.

The governor's supporters withdrew their support in response to the calls, which were initiated by Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike and endorsed by several of the party's key stakeholders, including Chief Bode George. The PDP presidential campaign council also made a similar statement.

Governor Wike defended his demand for Ayu's resignation in a press conference on Friday. He also criticised him for his part in the crisis and charged him with corruption and delegate-trading before the party's presidential primary.

Politics › Seven Million Voter Registrations Remain Uncompleted – INEC by maliblack(op): 2:36am On Sep 20, 2022
According to information provided by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), 7,043,594 Nigerians who applied to register to vote did not finish the procedure by the deadline for Continuous Voter Registration (CVR).

10,487,972 eligible voters started the online pre-registration process, but only 3,444,378 people finished it physically in accordance with the Commission's rules.

Festus Okoye, National Commissioner of INEC and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee, said in a statement that an analysis of the process revealed that "4,161,775 citizens attempted but either did not complete online pre-registration or abandoned it and chose to register in person instead.

He stated that 2,881,819 people who pre-registered online but failed to appear to complete the physical biometric capture at the designated centres by the deadline.

In response to claims that seven million Nigerians who applied for online pre-registration as voters during the most recent nationwide Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) process were not given the chance to finish their registrations, the electoral umpire spoke out.

"The Commission's attention has been drawn to media reports that approximately seven million Nigerians who applied for online pre-registration as voters during the most recent nationwide Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) were denied the opportunity to complete their registration and, as a result, the collection of their Permanent Voters Cards," the statement reads in part (PVCs).
