I am very grateful for the effort and time on this issue. I'll man up, check using chrome and see if I can work it out. Thanks Man. |
One of the links you sent is written in Russian or something and the other I'm not sure what to do. Can you guide me on the procedures and particularly for Xiaomi ROM. |
akinis09:Thanks Akinis09. I really would appreciate if you have an idea of anyone who ports ROM in Kaduna (that's if you stay around). Grateful. |
Hi Nairalanders. I am a lover of Xiaomi UI and would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction to getting Custom ROMs in Kaduna. I saw some articles on XDA Forum but I am too chicken shxt to port ROMs. You can reach me thru: 08081647497. Cheers! |
WordsmithE:True descriptive of the current Naija life |
Open an Access Bank Savings Account and get a MasterCard. I learnt they have a $200 monthly spend limit on Naira MasterCard. Cheers! |
Lstar4real:I'm not clear on that. Do you mean the standard package plus an accessory? Please confirm.. Thanks |
Hey! Initialize, how much will it cost to get Xiaomi Note 3 Pro 2GB RAM Variant down to KD? |
Please, can I get a current quotation for this: Original Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro Snapdragon 650 Hexa Core 5.5'' 2GB RAM 16GB ROM Note3 4000mAh Google Play Fingerprint ID http://s.aliexpress.com/eINZN7jE (from AliExpress Android) |

Loved the exposure. Keep the good job up @explorers |
agohmamuda:Your post* was really helpful. Apparently I got series of texts in the past few days from MTN asking me to go verify AGAIN at the nearest outlet. The thought of queues n struggling with other customers got me pissed. I got the recent text when I woke up, informing me to verify or have my SIM blocked today (Monday). My itchy fingers had to find nairaland as usual and that's how I stumbled on this post/your comment. Followed your directions and got a feedback that my details have been successfully registered... I hope it's for good this time. Long story short: you were a 'life' saver. Thanks |
You don't need to wonder why he was to stand at the extreme left in that picture... Some suits just don't cut it... Don't even get me started on the underwater shoes. And these guys got wardrobe allowances eh?! |
@OP what Launcher/UI is that?! |
doublewisdom:Understood, but he LOOTED! |
okahdidi:Pls what ROM is this? |
Follow the instruction that says you should press Volume keys and power button to reboot the phone... You will get a dialogue, choose English and click on boot from SD Card or ensure you select the SuperUser zip folder from the storage option you used. Not really comprehensive, but I think you'll do good. Please don't brick your device |
Nope! |
My Lenovo K3 Note (6 weeks old) is up for sale. Interested buyer should hit me up on: 07036118699. Reason for sale: Interest in new devices. No scratch/blemish whatsoever. Asking price: #38,000. Kaduna buyer (Strictly) |
@dguyindcorner the procedure is not really complicated, just the English... You can't really blame the developer cos of different linguals. You need your PC obviously, and for each link he posted, you should download those files. Get the Mega app there and download other files. Extract the lenovo drivers from the downloads you'll make in the Mega app. Also get the PDA.net file for Windows in the zip folder and install, download and extract the additional ADB drivers...but import the SuperUser zip folder into the Mega Cloud app without extracting, only extract at the last step where you need to reboot your phone by simultaneously clicking Volume Up and Down keys with the Power button. Select English and choose SuperUser from SD Card where you're to save the zip folder. I know my explanation is a lil rusty, but that's the best I can offer now. Safe with your Device. Be very careful |
@wizzymate Thanks a lot for your mails. I finally rooted my K3 Note. But I still can't uninstall system apps. Lemme know if any thing helpful comes up. I appreciate |
@wizzymate, I really need to root this device. Can you help with a comprehensive link?! Plus, hope it wouldn't be hard following the procedures on XDA developers?! If you can, here's my email: maltharzaer@gmail.com Thanks in advance |
@fiilosofer, have you rooted your K3 and what root app did you use? Finding it hard to root |
@tohpahz glad you're convinced... Nawti yo! |

Just got my Lenovo K3 Note Courtesy of Habeebpain. Gotta get home and unveil this new catch. Twas worth the wait. Please do business with @habeebpain. You wont regret it |
@habeebpain, I'm really glad you shared this and shed light on the issue of Custom ROMs and porting. One of the reasons I shunned the infinix Hot Note was based on the fact that it probably would never get Mods. Accepted, it has a fancy build and nice battery span...but the lack of recognition by international developers puts this phone and its likes at a disadvantage when it comes to getting quality upgrades ad tweaks. Like @RobinHez noted, if these "unceremonious" phones dont get attention from foreign Devs., we can at least begin to hope that these OEMs release their Codes and also do our part to work on available resources if we indeed like to explore the full potentials of low end brand names. That said... nice work @habeebpain and everyone contributing to the beautiful Art of #Android |
Got a clean fairly used Z10 for sale. Kaduna Buyers |
@fiilosofer, good job so far. I'm hoping to get mine delivered through @habeebpain (great dealer on nairaland, too, if you dont mind me saying). I'd love to give a few review myself. But in the mean time, kudos for a nice photo-slide review. Thanks |
