She can apply while in Canada, but her application will be processed outside Canada just like other applicants unless she meets the criteria for in-Canada processing. Explore those criteria because it is more effortless to get a study permit approved from within Canada.
Patdeka:
Hello Fam,

My sister is visiting me here in Canada currently and just got admission while here. Can she apply for a study permit while here with me or she has to go back to Nigeria and apply?

Thanks

What ever you set out to do this coming year, 2022, have Faith people, remember Hebrews 11 Vs 6- He that comes to God must believe that he is, and he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Two days ago God impressed on me 1st Samuel 16 Vs 7, that he doesn't see people according to our outward appearance, but he sees the Heart as it really is, please make sure your heart is clean.

Shalom

For proof of funds, the bank refused to write the information required on the letter. Instead, they only issued a letter of non-indebtedness (stating that I do not owe the bank) with 6 month bank statement. Please would this be acceptable to IRCC?

Thanks a lot for your help. Please if the bank refuses to write a letter at all, can I use only the 6month bank statements. Do you know he CAD-NAIRA current exchange rate that IRCC uses. Thanks
ednut1:
they asked for 6 months average balance, but most Nigerian banks wont state it hence people use 6 months banks statement. If you are using gift deed or money from sale of an asset 6 months bank statement is not required.

For Proof of funds, in addition to the bank letter, please do we need to submit 6 months of bank statements?

Is it a reflag for a Chartered Accountant to go for a post graduate diploma or certificate in accounting? Is it considered inferior to Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Nigeria (ICAN). Thanks
