A lot of people in Kano have no business enrolling for NIN. They don't own a bank account cos they don't need one, even SIM card is regiateted on their behalf by a relative. My mum is a good example.

You're right, apparently, lots of these hotels are conspiring with ritualists to kill their visitors. Some of the hotels sef are owned bu the ritualists themselves. If I have no option than to lodge at a particular hotel, I'd go amd snap everywhere in the hotel amd send to my families and friends in the presence of the hotel staff.
