I am a graduate of Microbiology and currently serving but I want to be a Nurse as I am more passionate about that and it also has more prospect than Microbiology both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. let us be true to ourselves. Many states don't need the numbers of workers on its payroll. We can never develop as a country when 85% of some states revenue is used in paying salaries of less than2% of the population. It makes not sense. Many of the civil servants are redundant. In so department you would see 5people doing the work of 1 person. It also like that at the federal where due to tribal sentiments they have loaded it with there people. With technology we don't need bulky civil service. More funds should be made available for stimulating the economy through provision of grants, infrastructure , Agricultural support etc that would help the entire populace. There should be a law that stipulate 65 to 35% in terms in favour of capital to recurrent cost. And that all employment must be shared across all nooks and crannies of a state evenly.

Everyone was lodged in same place- Women development centre or so. In fact, it was Kano that were kinda "separating" yourselves at the start of the competition, until towards the end of the competition when you guys finally "came" out, lolz. And you guys were many.

Those of us from Lagos, Edo and FCT stayed in touched after the competition even while we were at Univs. We kinda lost contact with you guys from Kano.

Yes, all of us from the other 3 states are also doing well. As expected. Still, NNPC(as the rep of the Nigerian State) should have stayed in touch. You just dont loose touch with such young and idealist minds after such a competition if you are a serious country. This is my personal view
