your best bet is to employ someone with a keke or taxi depending on d distance or area you can cover. the person won't b on monthly salary. you pay the person per delivery, an agreed amount which you ll factor into your charges. you only call the person when there's delivery, so no need for salary....you pay wages

otherwise, u cn work wit the agencies....seal and package the food well .... I'm sure it ll b cheaper with them .

use standard Cup measure. .available in cake stores in Nigeria 2 Cups of flour is 250g 1 cup of sugar is 200g then get the satchet margarine 250g..

but frankly you can get the small scale for 1k in cake stores to save the day.
