seriously there are about 3 champions league games and 6,7 league games lef to conclude the seasont.and except another player( from man u or madrid) is able to do something very very very exceptional,  messi wins it 4 a third time.
Are you in the FIFA committee? undecided

Cause I see nothing exceptional messi has done, he's not even the top scorer of the league.

Seriously, when are you all gonna stop riding on the messi bandwagon? undecided

IAM SURE U EXPECTED PEOPLE 2 SAY RONALDO. BUT SEE, RONALDO IS A GREAT GREAT PLAYER. ITS ONLY MESSI WHO ALWAYS GOES MANY STEPS ABOVE HIM.
Comon, not after being in the same club for his first and second, it's just ridicuolus!

If he's truly the best, what's stopping him from moving to another club and then we'll be able to see how "legendary" he truly is.

Giving him this award for the third time while being in the same club meaning nothing much has changed from the time he won his second is quite questioning, I personally think he won't be winning it again this year.

That's the way one can tell these roguos leaders before they get into office. undecided
FamilyWhat Do You Think About This Woman? by mamagee3(op): 12:00am On Apr 15, 2011
Nairalanders, please help me resolve this issue:

My friend told me a story of a her mother's friend named Susan, her mom and susan went for occassions together and usually spoke to each other on the phone but after about one year and 3 months, Susan stopped calling her mother probably because my friend's mom didn't live up to the standards she would benefit from like living in a big house instead of an apartment and riding big cars, she couldn't have done that because she was a housekeeper waiting to get a working permit in the U.S.

During their days as friends, Susan invited my friend's mom for an occassion that would have been taking place 3 weeks later, she even went as far as giving her an invitation card for it but she on the day of the occassion Susan never called to remind her of it and she never called ever again, during Christmas, Susan met my friend's mom in the store and asked her if she has started working, she said no then Susan told her goodbye and she should greet the kids for her.

After 6 months of total silence, Susan met my friend's mom again on the store and asked her if she has started working, my friend's mom said she would start tomorrow as a registered Nurse and they then waved goodbye to one another, 2 days later, Susan called my mom's friend while she was at work and began trying to become her friend again, she kept on calling desperately and annoyingly but my friend's mom citing she's probably calling because she told her she has begun working as RN ignored her calls.

So, guys Do you think the woman is ingenuine and a leech and deserves to be ignored, or do you think she's a genuine friend that has learned from her mistakes?

SportsWon't You Hate Football If Lionel Messi Wins The Wopty Awards Again In Barca by mamagee3(op): 11:38pm On Apr 14, 2011
Football Fans, I'm just created this thread to find out if it would be considered partial to you if Lionel Messi wins the FIFA World Player Of the Year Award while in the same club?

I mean players move one club to another every season but he stays in barcelona everywhere thereby preventing us from seeing how we would fare in another club or league, at least if he wants to be considered truly the best, he needs to prove it in another league the same way Cristiano ronaldo and legends like ronaldinho, ronaldo Lima and Pele.

Please, I'm sick and tired of messi's name being mentioned all the time. ,

It's giving me a headache, I would like to see hom go to another team and league until then I think he's suspended from this award.

Seriously, let's face the players that move to different clubs and play iwth different players instead of the ones that have played for one team since the beginning of their career.
