While many were debating on the rational behind such strange flag, few people were thinking that it belong to certain country in Europe.

That is a huge difference.
Once you move out from where you are living, dump your mattress, sofa, other furnitures that bedbugs hide in, and get new stuff for your new apartment, you've most probably gotten rid of bedbugs.

As for mosquitoes?
They are no respecter of persons or status.
