When people say that Fashola is overhyped, I wonder what info they have. Hospitals are working effectively (drugs is practically free for pple that are 60yrs and over) Lagos public schools can compete with the private ones (free education,free stationery,bags and sandals) roads are okay, security is okay. Waste disposal is good, transportation is wonderful (BRT and red cab is d great). Public workers in Lagos are well paid. What other state can hold a candle to Lagos? Compare the Lagos of 6yrs and d one that is now and tell me that Fashola isnt working. Of course, more can/ should be done, but Gov Raji Fashola is the very best.

I can say with all boldness that Uduaghan is the worst governor, not in Nigeria but the world. Nothing works in Delta State! Bad roads, schools, hospitals etc. My friend told me that in the Gen. hospital, 2 or more patients share a bed. Most nights, they use candles, but u can bring ur generator from home if u want. A friend who served in d state told me that most students dont pay attention, that is if they come to school at all- "how many book Ibori read? " is what they usually ask. Worse still is the way lawlessness thrives in my state. If u know how they go about DEVWE, u`ll appreciate d Omo- onile's in Lagos State. U`ll hate urself if u try to erect a building in Delta, esp in Effurun area. U`ll pay Devwe to diff factions, some will even tell u that u`re supposed to buy building materials from them. Such lawlessness! Of all the thieving, irresponsible and inept governors in Nigeria, UDUAGHAN is on top, the others are jogging behind him!

It just has got to be Hebrews 1, especially verses 1-3. 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 and 2 Timothy 2:15 also

I read through this post and it is shocking to see how religious people are. I read the post about the true meaning of "touch my anointed" and i expected that after reading this, people would post sensibly. As xtians, we are kings and priests unto God. Every believer is anointed! We all have a duty to expose evil! Since we arent all 4rm d same denomination, a xtian thread is a good place to make our opinions known. The bible says " condemn evil at the gate! Why should we cotinue using TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED out of context? I expect my Pastor to do what he preaches. I expect him to step down if he cant but continually commit sin. I, like Paul rebuked Peter in Galatians 2:11-14, will rebuke any Pastor who doesnt preach sound doctrine, in whose denomination you`ll find thieving politicians, business men etc. sitting comfortably. Pastor Tunde Bakare read out a letter 3 wks ago, stating this "it has come to d notice of d church council that some members of d church have been reported  by insiders and those outside to have defrauded and commited various -ve acts, we are giving you x months, to repent and do d necessary restitution, or I will read out your names in PUBLIC". That is a man of God I RESPECT. If he becomes -ve, I will rebuke him. Yes, they are men, yes they are prone to do wrong. But a BELIEVER DOES NOT MAKE A PRACTICE OF SINNING COS GOD`S SEED ABIDES IN HIM (1 John 3:. The name of God is blasphemed because of so- called believers that bring the name of God to disrepute. But i believe that the things we see are signs of d times. We`re are supposed to be seperate 4rm d world. We`re supposed to be d salt of the earth. If we lose our saltiness as believers, how will the world taste GODLINESS!

@ poster, u need to get your facts straight before posting a topic. Some Nigerian men cheat, men in other countries do the same. Its sad that a Nigerian can say dat she doesnt date Nigerians/west Africans .  I know of Nigerian men who have eyes 4 their wives only, wat about dat?

Hi poster, i`ve had pimples & blackheads 4 a while. I`ve used drugs: Clearex 10, Neo Medrol etc, but didnt get d desired result. I`m dark skinned & would want to leave it dat way. I also have oily skin. Creams make me perspire a lot, so i dnt use them. Wat do i use ( no cut-throat priced produts pls)

It depends on ur level of maturity. Her`s too. As long as its clearly stated at every point that u`re the man in the relationship, u`ll not have too many problems. Have fun!

Would you have said Mrs Ibru was humane, caring etc, if Oceanic bank had been listed as a failed bank? Lots of depositors became hypertensive, others lost their lives while many more still remain in the poverty level because of the banks that have been declared to be FAILED banks in the past. She granted huge loans without appropriate collateral, and was involved in some underhand deals.  A CEO is not paid to be caring or humane (though these qualities are good), he/ she is paid to DELIVER. She failed, QED! She should pay for it. Agent MS, wat you said about oceanic staff is not true, i had dealings with a branch of Oceanic bank for a year and i can say that their members of staff know their onions. In every bank, you have people who cant express themselves.

This is absolutely wrong! There peeps who earn very good cash, much more than lots of ENTREPRENEURS earn. The problem is wit d spending practices of pple, this is also true bout entrepreneurs.

D contract staff thing isnt right. My friend just got one. D pay is half of wat d reg staff gets, they go thru a 1 wk training & immediately, they are sent out 2 market, with nasty targets. A person can be a contract staff 4 years. I dont blame them ( d banks), if 1 person rejects d offer, a thousand others will accept it.

I belonged 2 d school of thought dat believes dat d scheme is a useless one. That was before i went 4 d scheme.  Now, i dont think dat way. It depends on how u put the yr 2 use. My PPA was in a hospital, but i  didnt  stay wit just dat, I managed a drycleaning firm also. The job i have 2day is cos of dis little managerial exp i got. Lots of pple see d yr as 1 wit wch 2 laze about & do lots of unnecessary stuff (this is not 2 say dat there arent a few exceptions). I also got 2 know d country better, d northern culture too. For me, it was a win-win situation.
D scheme should NOT be scrapped!
