PoliticsWhat Is Edo State Gvt Doing About This by manNature(op): 1:00pm On Jul 25, 2018
this portion of the road is always flooded anytime there is rain fall. The water doesn't flow out, no drainage, it's stays there for weeks till it gets dried up. it has always been like this from year to year. The worst part is that the gvt pretend not to be aware and people's car kept getting stocked inside it. and it's a major road into Benin city from Lagos. A responsible and serious gvt should take action immediately.

I can't believe I am quoting you but this is not in all cases.
Some men who you would think are in their 30's are actually in their 20's in other words men also age faster.
Sometimes how you take care of your body matters.

Because you cannot marry a woman that is older than you does not mean that it is not advisable.

HealthThe Real Issue On The Current Health Sector Strike By Johesu by manNature(op): 7:10pm On May 21, 2018
Joint Health Sector Unions(JOHESU), Statement on Honourable Ministers of Health(Prof. Isaac Adewole) Stand on Health Sectors Salary Structures
21/May/2018

FALSEHOOD ON THE SALARY STRUCTURES IN THE HEALTH SECTOR; A DIVERSIONARY TACTIC AND TRIVIALISATION OF THE CRY FOR JUSTICE BY PROF. ISAAC ADEWOLE HONOURABLE MINISTER Of HEALTH

It is said by one of the holy books that" the truth shall set you free" and it is also common knowledge that falsehood and lies are forever disappearing things, because whenever the truth appears, falsehood and lies disappear. The falsehood and lies being fed the public by the Honourable Minister is not only condemnable but also disappointing and shocking.

The falsehood and lies being paraded about by the Honourable Minister of Health is that other Health Workers under the Umbrella of the Joint Health Sector Unions are asking for the same salary with his colleagues 'the Doctors'. While on a Channels Television program: The Honourable Minister said "the only problem with the ongoing strike by the JOHESU is that the group is asking for the same salary with Doctors" in fact this is a white lie and also an instrument of diversionary tactic. It is unfortunate and sad that the Honourable Minister has decided to abandon the subject matter in contention which is better working condition in the Health Sector and the general improvement of facilities, manpower and services in the sector, rather than face these challenges in the health sector, the Honourable Minister is busying himself as the spokesman for the Nigerian Medical Association.

We want to inform the general public that the Honourable Minister of Health should be "for nobody but for everybody" in the Health Sector, but it is evidently clear that Professor Isaac Adewole is the Minister for Doctors and not for all health workers.

The present crisis in the health sector is as a result of the trivialisation of the cry for justice. The general public must know that at no point in time did JOHESU demand for the same salary scale with Doctors. But the failure of the meetings held on (1). Wednesday, 25th April, 2018, (2). Monday, 30th April, 2018, (3). Thursday, 3' May, 2018, (4). Wednesday, 9' May, 2018, (5). Tuesday, 15' May, 2018, (6). Wednesday, 16th May, 2018, left the health workers with no choice but to take the last but most painful option of continuing the ongoing strike which was preventable, but for self-centred reasons. It is not only important but central to let the general public and stakeholders in the health sector know that a fresh doctor in a government employment earns N312,944.83 per month, that is CONMESS 3 (CONHESS 11 for JOHESU). Whereas other health workers, would have to soil and toil for three to nine years before getting to CONHESS 11 which has a take home pay of N255,184.83 with a differential of N57,760.00 which represents 23% difference (if adjusted from the present earning of 223,345.58). So where lies the truth behind the propaganda that Joint Health Sector Unions (JOHESU) is demanding the same salary structure with doctors. (Please see attached earnings in the health sector).

It is obvious that in Nine years that it takes a health worker to climb to CONHESS 11 where he earns N255,184.83, the doctor has pocketed 86,238,080, if stagnated for the period which is impossible. We want the Honourable Minister of Health to tell the world how on earth could a health worker who enters the public service in Nigeria on CONHESS 9 which is the same as GL 10 and earns N161,670.00 with a proposal to increase to N190,000.00 be the same as a fresh doctor who earns N312,944.83 at the entry point. This is nothing but a master and servant relationship, in fact worse still, graduate Nurses who handle the bulk of patient care in the hospitals are on GL8, which is CONHESS 7 with a meagre monthly take home of between N97,000 and N118,000 which is almost half of the take home for doctors. In this case who is deceiving who?

The truth is that Doctors are usually the first to talk about international best practices; for the information of the Honourable Minister of Health and his co-doctors it is important to state a case study in Britain our colonial masters. In the wages of health professionals in UK Public Service, a perfect example is the fact that a doctor in the U.K at entry point earns £26,000.00, per annum while a radiographer earners, £23,000.00 per annum. This is what relativity in the salary structure in he Nigeria should look like. JOHESU is therefore appealing to the Federal Government of President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR to restructure the Federal Ministry of Health and the entire health sector A position where the Honourable Minister of Health is a Doctor, the Minister of State for Health is a Doctor, the Director Hospital Services is a Doctor, it and Several other departmental heads in the Federal Ministry of Health s are doctors does not give a clear vision and proper direction for our health system.

Our constant position of allowing professional Health Administrators run our health system is the only solution to the quagmire facing our nation today. We have continued-to do the same thing over the years by allowing doctor to administratively run our health system, and we have continued to have the same result of poor health indices. It is time to make the required change, that change should be now.

Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!

Long Live President Muhamniadu Buhari, GCFR!!

Long Live Joint Health Sector Unions!!
PoliticsA Call To Sack Isaac Adewole. by manNature(op): 5:54pm On May 21, 2018
A CALL TO SACK ISAAC ADEWOLE
It is evident that the minister of health in person of Isaac Adewole has been instrumental in driving our health care into the abyss. He has shown he has a loose association with the truth both on and off air. Pharmacists, Doctors ,nurses, lab scientists and every other group that comprise the health care apparatus all agree on this one thing that as the health minister, he has presided over the most irresponsible era in our health care history in Nigeria.
Not failing to mention he has ridiculed the government of President Mohammadu Buhari with is strong will of nothingness. He should be expunged from the cabinet with immediate effect. This is a clarion call on all well meaning Nigerians who seek a better health care system in Nigeria. This petition will be collected and forwarded to the presidency as evidence of his gross ineptitude.
Thank you as you

PoliticsA True Confession Of A Doctor About Johesu by manNature(op): 11:32am On May 21, 2018
After all said & done, I was speaking & gisting with a doc friend over the JOHESU strike, do u want to know the reason behind why NMA are against us & our demand according to him?

Doctors became uncomfortable since JOHESU emerged some years ago simply because of our large number and affiliated unions. They see us as a big threat to their advancement.

Shortly after JOHESU emerged, they began to see the effect of their unity in diversity as they fight for progress.

He highlighted some of the achievement thus:

Degree nurses now begin internship hence, they no longer respect doctors like before.

MLS (Medical Lab Scientist) went to court and won against pathologist hence rendering pathologist jobless soonest. This is their biggest headache. Anytime they are in meeting & pathologist issue is discussed, it is always with fear & palpitations as pathologist always lament accusing NMA officials of complacency and neglect. Sometimes, the pathologist often leave the meeting in rage. They accused AMLSN (Association of Medical Lab Scientist of Nigeri) of trying to render pathologist jobless. If we succeed in sending them out of lab, where will they go to? A big question to NMA.

Doctors are afraid that JOHESU has money to bribe in a corrupt country like Nigeria and get any judgement & circular anywhere, anyhow. That has been JOHESU style.

Doctors are on the verge of relegation ever since JOHESU began agitation of headship of hospital which doctors sees as their legitimate right. If such is taken over by JOHESU, what else is left for doctors?

JOHESU members no longer have regard for doctors like before, this is a big threat to NMA.

Pharmacist and physiotherapist now claimed autonomy to treat & manage patients on their own, even nurses and beginning to lay hold of such claims; what else will doctors do? This JOHESU want to render doctors irrelevant and relegated. NMA is saddled with the responsibility of retaining doctors honour and pedigree; that was why NMA had not rested since JOHESU began their uprising as doctors termed it.

Everybody want to become consultant! This is the biggest fear & intimidation that JOHESU had poised so far. Consultants are the lords of medicine who are being worshipped and revered by doctors, now JOHESU want to become lord, there shouldn't be two different lords in hospital, these will lead to anarchy and chaos and disrupt the hierarchical orders in the hospital.

He asked me, if u are a doctor what will u do? You guys want to render us useless, irrelevant, redundant and even jobless, so expect us to seat back and watch? This nonsense have to stop! Enough is enough!

I just feel I should share it with u all.
Please, kindly share this with all JOHESU affiliates so that they know the kind of battle they are into.

PoliticsWe Really Have Leaders In This Country by manNature(op): 10:58am On Feb 04, 2018
The Nigerian Politician's Approach to Governance; Fire brigade Approach, the culture of idiots:

It was in late 2007. Ekenedilichukwu Motors Boss was being laid to rest in his hometown of Okofia Nnewi.

Okofia Nnewi houses the Basic Medical Science faculty and the College of Health Sciences of the Nnamdi Azikiwe Univeristy Nnewi campus.

The road to this school that continues producing thousands of health workers; doctors, nurses, laboratory scientists, anatomists etc was (or is) in great disrepair. Cars hardly ply the very bad road.

The government of Anambra state in Awka did not remember that the road existed or maybe that the school existed.

The school and the road looked like what Nollywood would use to act a village scene in the 1920s. No electricity, no roads, no water, with rats and squirrels sharing the same space with these medical doctors and health care workers to be.

But during the burial of Ekenedilichukwu Motors boss, the government tarred the road from the junction down to his house and stopped the work immediately after his house.

His burial would bring many foreign and local VIPs to Anambra state. The governor had to be seen to be working.

.....................................................................

The entire road in Nnewi, the busiest and largest industrial city in Anambra state were completely dilapidated.

Nkwo Nnewi houses the biggest motorcycle spare parts market in Africa.
Thousands of shops in that market though looking like scenes from the 18th century houses multiple hundreds of millions of Naira and hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Nnewi was left to rot untill Ikemba Nnewi, the Biafran Hero and liberator General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu died.

In 3 days, the government of Anambra state tarred all the roads leading in and out of Nnewi.

Ojukwu's burial was estimated to attract and indeed attracted thousands of important dignitaries including serving heads of State.
The state government suddenly remembered that Nnewi had roads and was an economic hub. It took the death of Ikemba to build Nnewi roads, which has since been left without any attempt at repair.

...................................................................................................
Most Reverend Dr. Valentine Ezeonyia was the bishop of Aba for almost 25 years.

During this time he built more than 7 hospitals, countless schools, banks, and church owned industries all owned by the Aba Catholic diocese.

When he died in 2015, the Catholic faithful were the ones to contribute money to tar the STATE GOVERNMENT ROAD leading to the Cathedral.

The ignoble governor of Abia state then, Theodore 'Ahayafuo' Orji was later pelted with water satchets and prevented from giving his speech during the funeral.

..................................................................................................

The people of Oko in Anambra state have been living with poorly maintained roads and facilities. No available security and non-existent street lights.

Oko houses the Federal Polytechnic Oko, the school single handedly engineered to become a federal university by Dr. Alex Ekwueme.

It took the death of Alex Ekwueme for the Anambra state government to tar the roads, put street lights, install air conditioned tents and even the church that was used for his funeral got a face lift.
...................................................................................................

President Muhammadu Buhari is said to have spent more than one billion naira during the burial of Alex Ekwueme.

General Buhari jailed Alex Ekwueme unjustly for 22 months and even his allowances as a deputy president was irregular.
President Buhari had promised that he would use Nigerian health care facilities during his campaigns in 2014.

But the president has since confessed upon winning the elections that he had been using his UK doctors since time immemorial even before he became a head of state.

The Aso rock clinic in Abuja has no xrays or syringes according to Aisha Buhari the wife of the president, but Buhari has spent more time in UK hospitals than he has spent governing.

Even Yusuf his son was flown abroad for medical care after carelessly endangering his life and other motorists.

Chris Nwabueze Ngige, the man who had installed a public borehole in my community that worked for only 2 days would boast that the president flew Alex Ekwueme to london to access care.

This short man bothering on the height of a pygmy sadly happens to be a medical doctor and was not even ashamed that in a country of nearly 200 million black heads, there was no facility to treat the former vice president.

This little man would never reflect that Nelson Mandela and Jacob Zuma and all other south african heads of state have never been treated outside their country.
............................................................................................

It is evident from the foregoing events that the Nigerian political class do not care at all if the masses live, Bleep, and die in horrible circumstances, but are quick to score cheap points, pose for the camera and deceive the world that they are working.

These people are so insensitive that they boast of using state resources to source for personal treatment overseas, expect the people to lick their ass for performing their civic duties and discharging their responsibilities as officials and revel in vain glory.

Clearly if it takes the death of a prominent person to remedy the amenities in a community as it plays out in Nigeria, one can then justifiably say that it would take the massive death of the Nigerian prominent political class to get the country to transit from a zoo to a human enclave.

That argument is justifiable.

RomanceIs She Indirectly Telling Me She Is Not Interested Or What? Urgent Advice Needed by manNature(op): 11:13pm On May 21, 2017
Please I need a serious advice here. its lengthy but please endure and to help u advise me properly. There is girl her elder bros ( my friend, though he came to ask my close female friend hand in marriage and that was how we knew each other ).He linked us together cos he wanted me to marry his sister due to he liked my kind of person and am really searching and ready to settle down. so I started communicating with the sister, we communicated like more than a month, I do the major calling, sent her card on Mather's day, even though we have not seen each other. so I told her I would like us to meet in April, she accepted. luckly for me I got opportunity from the place of my work to travel down east for a wedding. that faithful week and morning I never new I could make the journey. so I called the faithful morning and greeted her. after getting off the phone with her, I was immediately informed that we are leaving that morning for the wedding. so tried calling her back to inform her that I will be coming to east finally so we could see. this girl didn't pick my calls throughout that day, I even sent her a text that can we meet at onitsha, no reply. though I got to aba late called but she didn't pick. I sent her a text that am longer in onitsha , that am now in aba, that was when she finally picked up. I inquired why she treated me that way, she said she doesn't like people taking her unawares and she is not prepared to see me(she has already told me earlier that she isnt in any serious relationship). I said OK fine am sorry and I explained why it was like that. I begged her that let me see her own my way back on Sunday, she refused. she said she would be in their village by Sunday, I pleaded I don't mind driving down to her village just for her to see me briefly. she said she doesn't know. despite all my explanations and pleading, this girl didn't pick up my calls the whole Saturday, and Sunday till I got to my base. though I sent her some text on Saturday night that her not picking up calls is childish and she replied thank u. at my base we got talking back, I pretended that nothing happened and waiting for her to show remorse but none came. luckly for me we got talking one day and she wasn't happy and I asked her what was the problem, she should share with me. lol, she told me she was broke and needed some money, I laughed in mg mind. I waved it off and the next day she asked that I didn't even say anything after telling me her problem. I said OK I will do something. the next day she said xup. I now came out plane that I would have loved to give her money but I can't because of 1) what she did to me and no sign of remorse and apology 2) we haven't see each other to know if we really like our physical appearances and talk a few word about how to go forward. she explained that she stays with her parent and that she doesn't have any excuse to leave house and that she needed time to prepare for my visit but I took her unaware. she apologised . she said I should not worry that she would create a better time for us to see. I said OK. the next day she asked me about the money, I didn't even reply her chats, she called the hell out of my phone I didn't pick. after some days, I responded and told her I was busy, she said OK what about the money? I asked how much. 15k. that she needed it to solve a problem. I said OK, I told her blunt I don't have , she said OK that I should borrow her that she will pay back. I sent her the screen shot of my account balance. she some how believed I don't really have. ever since den, our communications became frosty, it takes her time to reply my chats, if I call, she picks up when she likes. most times she doesnt even pick. I became tired. I complained again, that I cant take this from her , that if she doesn't want me, she should spell it out and let me stop disturbing her. she said that she doesn't like my impatient (she is 22 by age). I asked what does impatient got to do with this. you treating me like a kid and wants me to patients?. I told her I won't bother her with calls again and I will allow her be. so I stopped calling and chatting with her. after few days she started she chatted me up and I didn't reply , again and again, then later I did. and we started chatting , I used the opportunity to profess more love and my intentions to her, along the line she asked me to start calling her again which I did. but just recently she stopped picking up my calls and replying chats. this has happened for the past two days. please should I leave her and move on ? or should I report her to his bros?
