Depends on your intended course of study or school. Usually students from Nigeria don't need it. Caleycash: is it mandatory to submit English proficiency test for undergraduate courses b4 getting admission or can one get admitted without it? |

If the school states that you must pay the fees so they know you are really interested, then you must pay before you apply for visa. Sometimes or usually its a part payment. I don't think students from Nigeria require an English test well except the course or school specifically asked for that as a requirement. What does she intend to study? cojoman2k5: Thanks Manny. Are we expected to pay the school fees before applying for visa? The agent is trying to send my sister to University of Manitoba but we want her to go to prince Edward University. My sister didn't do well in the English test. Will this affect her? The school will give her conditional admission to study English first i think before starting her major.
Thanks for answering my questions |

Yes you can use a genuine agent for both. I believe you would need to pay the school fees before a fixed date that differs with each school. Within 8 weeks, it could be more, it could be less. Yes you can get a visa with conditional admission provided you'd be able to meet those conditions. N/B: I Stand corrected. cojoman2k5: My people i need some help.
Did anyone use agent for processing getting school in Canada and process Visa? Must you pay the school fees before going to school? What is the average time for Visa? Can someone get Visa for unconditional admission (meaning the school wants you to satisfy English requirements when you arrive)
Please i need this help for my sister. I am in the United states and we have been using this Agent and they have been telling us lots of lies and taking money from us. I am decided to do it myself
If anyone know someone in Prince Edward University that will be super helpful also.
Thanks my great people. |

Please Guys, can you use a relative Bank Statement of Account just to increase your chances of getting a Visa, even though the person might not necessarily sponsor you while you are abroad? |

opendurs: You'll need a Bank Statement of account. Thanks. Assuming your source of income is not reflected in a bank account? Or at least not yet? |
