If you are a leader, show it by always appearing to be neutral at all times. One careless statement can get you and the institution you lead into trouble. "Tambuwal is the hero of this convention" is that one sentence that caused the crisis in PDP. It was a careless statement betraying Ayu's lack of neutrality. It is like that in the home.
