Yes. Trust me, it's a dog eat dog scenario so you have to put your best, "you must die there " as just 1 or 2 people are picked out of every 7 . Ensure you make your presence felt by contributing intelligently, ask great questions and pray your group is fair reason being that there are some groups where there are 7 very strong candidates as opposed to some that might have average candidates . Ensure you sell yourself well. Aside being outstanding, make yourself likeable to the panelists.
This is also an entry level role, so their selection might favour those with little experience as I observed in my group.

Great place to work even at entry level, however I wasn't contacted after the interview, it was mentioned at the interview that that particular role was entry which I wasn't complaining about due to the prospect there and funny enough, the entry pay floors the salary of second level in some banks.. I later realized they picked 2 ladies in my batch (we were Five) who had no experience, I and another guy who I saw as a strong contender with vast experience too in banking wasn't called (he also wasn't complaining of the entry level ). One of those times when experience is not so much of a good thing

From what I heard, the test format is basically gmat 2007. 15 maths, 35 verbal (long comprehension, and critical reasoning) people always complained of the time constraint and the slow system. Duration is 1hour and you see your score immediately.

You guys would achieve little or nothing from the whatsapp group. Previous years discussed on the forum here and the outcome was positive. Dropping numbers would derail the purpose.

Keep calm, you all will get a response if you passed. You will receive a mail inviting you for a group interview and also a phone call. If you weren't successful, you will get no feedback . When I wrote their test a month back, I got a call as well as a mail the next day.

The test consist of 50 questions - 20 numeric, 20 Verbal, 10 diagrammatic in 1 hour.... Practise SHL well

If you pass, you will be invited for a group interview with the Management staff. Whereby a group of about 7 candidates are interviewed (in several batches) . From the look of things, just 1 candidate is picked from every batch interviewed, so it's a fierce battle....

After that you will proceed to HR interview / documentation and so on...

The purpose of the group interview is to select outstanding candidates. So make sure you contribute as much as you can. Know everything you have to know about NIBSS and the role you applied for. Be confident in whatever you are saying. Try not to be aloof or stutter in whatever you are saying.
The aim is to outshine your neighbor. So come with your A game.
