so I have stopped checking it , just try and have a good rest and stop over pressing phones, this are common things that will make BP high...

I think you should change your pharmacy, a good pharmacists will help you calm down before checking your BP. For instance 30seconds deep breaths and out can help you. Also if you have to walk to the nearest pharmacy or drive, you have to sit for few minutes, have a conversation with the pharmacist to help you relax before using the machines and so on. Very necessary you keep checking it my brother.

I check my BP every Friday, so definitely tomorrow I will.
