4 my advice, the wife foots the bills which is very ok. Husband working with a salary that's 1/4 of his wife's, so he should keep his job. And the issue of nanny, not all are bad. There are good people doing that job and things like this are always very sensitive, but u have to try one. There are day care everywhere now and i think the day care would be ur best choice.
