Progress with my red royale. They are 34 days old today. I started transplanting them in a poly bag today, though i am a bit late. I drench them with 15-15-15 fertilizer earlier.

Yes, i have to use irrigation. I already have a borehole.

Malaysian F1 foot is 2000 currently, i think. Emmaachile will give you the number of the guy.
Red royale is not available in few seeds, they don't usually open the sachet.

I have ordered for my red Royale papaya seed from east west seed. It has arrived since last month. I have also bought Malaysia f1 foot papaya from Soon Huat company, delivered to me from Malaysia.
I came to know both seeds from Emmachille. He guided me in this forum, thank you boss.
Red Royale is 500 seed in a pack for 15000 and Malaysia F1 foot is 25 seeds in a pack. For both i have about 1000 seeds.
I bought seedling soil at 7000 for 25kg. I bought seedling tray at 800 per tray of 98 holes.
I planted on 30 of March 2019.
My plan is to plant all 1000 in my farm considering 2meters interview between plants.
The seeds started germinating yesterday 8 April 2019 barely 9 days after sowing.
I will send pictures gradually. All suggestions are welcome as i will keep you guys updated my progress.
Mind you it is for commercial farming. I intend to make it a business.

Anthracnose is truly more of a rainy season problem. I think it affects d fruits more in red royale f1. But red royale is excellent for its taste, height of plant and size of fruit. I'll love to grow it commercially.

Any idea how much the 500 seeds are sold now?

N15000 per pack of 500 seeds, minus transport.

Some observations with the Vega f1 during the dry season in central Nigeria
1. If I don't wet the ground everyday, it will abort fruits meaning it will be needing a lot of water and plenty mulching to avoid this.
2. The leaves tend to burn during the dry season due to the sun furnace in the day especially days I don't water.
3. The production is superb as I even had to sell some because the production is average of 3 fruits per tree per week.

My Malaysian 1foot papaya seeds have arrived from the person whose contact you gave me. My concern now is would there be any problem planting then in this harmattan season considering our lower temperature in Bauchi used to drop to 15 degree celcius. Will they germinate in this temperature?

I am using it for pawpaw irrigation.Each tree has a distance of 2 meters from the other.
But i don't need all accessories or connectors just the tube, 500 meters. I did all my calculations.

How much is 500 meters tube only?

Hahaha. Agric looks like the next best thing to make money outside the Fulani menace. No job pays like a large hybrid improved farm. Other crops to consider include Wambugu apple, Moringa imported seedling or even a Plantain plantation.

If you want to go commercial, it won't pay you replanting seeds from an unknown variety.

A business must be treated as a business. If the seeds from east west seeds are expensive, go for other cheaper ones with some (Malaysia one foot papaya) costing as little as N2000 per 350 seeds

Actually, i didn't mean to make it business, just a hobby.
For my business, i intend to buy east wet seed but their agent said the seeds are not available since 3 three months ago.
The only person i got it from said it is 18000, which is beyond my budget. I think it is 10000 from east west.
If you know where i can get it cheaper, kindly help.

Which variety is that? I learnt you will need to use warm/hot water at about 55c to wake it from dormancy.

Actually I don't know the variety. I just bought the fruit, ate it and plant the seeds.
