President Muhammadu Buhari. It is really sad that this current administration which is believed to have zero tolerance for corruption at all level, has suddenly become silent over the gross selling of Degree Certificates by University of Nigeria Nsukka to politician and senators (over 800)

If selling of Degree Certificates do not raise a red flag in this administration, then what is the fight against corruption all about? Knowing fully that Educational Corruption is the foundation of all corruption, because it gives one the opportunity to occupy positions of Authority.

Example of one of the criminals that possess this virus.
THE ASSISTANT CIVIL DEFENSE COMMANDANT of ANAMBRA DIVISION (Sam Ejiofor Chigozie). He never went to any institution of any kind but was issued a Certificate in 2015 from the University of Nigeria Nsukka(UNN) with a (CGPA 3.45)
It's really a shame to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Civil Service Defense Corp in particular that an illiterate will be heading a division under this current administration which I believed to have Zero tolerance for corruption.

The good citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria urgently Demand that you and your administrative team look into this matter with all sense of urgency and utmost seriousness. For I have not only blown a whistle, but I have blown a trumpet.

Ikwue Eche James an Ex contractor reveals how the Ex-Provost of Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri, Dr. Mrs. BLESSING IJIOMA and the Bursar IHEBOM K. T. looted N1 Billion Naira from AIFCE, Owerri, through personal bank accounts fraudulently generated in Alvanna Micro Finance Bank Owerri.

Herein is evidence showing the recovery of 111,658,700.00 million naira from a single screening exercise which I conducted while under their employ. Please note that I conducted numerous screening exercises in AIFCE over a 5 year period amounting to over N1 billion.

These funds (IGR) were generated from students who defaulted in paying their fees before graduation. I was in charge of recovering all debts owed to the College by students after these same students have been officially and formally cleared for graduation and convocation by the Accounts Unit/Department of AIFCE.

These monies never went into the TSA Account but instead went into personal accounts of the Provost and Bursar.

I was also made to stop using my letter head as an independent contractor and hide under the umbrella of AIFCE Owerri Letter Head as a full staff, signing documents and carrying out my activities as an internal contractor when I started recovering huge amounts of money.
According to the BURSAR and PROVOST it was for the smooth running of the recovery operations.

The unholy looting of the former Provost and current Bursar is one of the major reasons why the College is in its current state of financial mess. Also, only less than 2 percent of my professional fees has been paid to me in total.

Permit me to inform you all.
The Management of AIFCE. Owerri has finally exposed and Declared they roles played by the SENATE of University of Nigeria Nsukka in graduatioin of illegal students.

This was stated in a public document, signed and Certify by the Registrar of AIFCE. Owerri (Mrs A. N. Aguta) and forwarded to Nigeria Bar Association under aoth in their Defense to make the investigation Complex and Ambiguous.

Just to inform the General public who are yet to know . That Inspite of my open Deceleration in regards to Racketeering of Certificates by the management of AIFCE. at the public hearing on the 20th of July 2017, at the National House of Assembly Abuja.
Where the Minister of Education, NUC, NCCE and TETFund where all present. And no investigation was carried out. Instead the senators told me to put of my mic.
The said Institution (AIFCE) still looks up to become a full-fledged University in few weeks from now. This will be one of the Greatest academic genocide of the century.
A teacher training college which has been able to sell more than 800 illegal Degrees Certificate Under the watchful EYES of Dr Blessing Ijioma, (Provost) through their affiliated institution UNN without being autonomous, then if they are made autonomous they will be nothing far from an industry of fake Certificate.

Everyone responsible for this sabotage will pay DEARLY.

It will interest you to now know that the Provost of Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri (AIFCE) in the person of Dr Mrs Blessing Ijioma, who has been hiding behind the shadows of her complicit acts has been proven to be directly & indirectly involved, responsible and should be held acountable for the UNN Degree Certificate Racketeering going on in A. I. F. C. E. in the last five years.

She has used the powers of money to suppress all investigations meant to be carried out by the various agencies responsible for investigating corrupt practices in the country.

And also succeeded in hijacking all the various arms in the institution responsible for upholding justice and discipline. By placing her co-partners involved in the multimillion naira business of certificate racketeering in positions of authority and influencing their promotion rapidly not minding if it is in line with policy or not.

The professor qualification which you obtain 3weeks ago from an unknown University is HIGHLY QUSTIONABLE. Or is the any University now that gives online professor?
