yorubas don't tend to have cultural organizations like Igbos do. and even if we have something similar to it, we call it a "Nigerian organization" or "African organization" because we tend to welcome all nigerians and even some naija wannabe liberians, ghanaians etc etc   but we still tend to find a way to congregate to party, to worship God, for professional connections, youths (every naija church has a youth group) etc etc lol

example of groups with tons of yoruba ppl include"redeemed christian church of God" "Nigerian Nurses Association" Spiritual churches (CCC, K&S, CAC etc), naija mosques etc or the more exclusive egbe groups like "Egbe omo *insert village here*" that seem to me to be more about supporting political aspirants back home and dajo-ing (pooling funds).


and all these groups are not without their DRAMA!!! 

I agree with you on this. . . that's why I don't support "Egbe" of any form.
