Hunteria umbellata, dunno the hausa & igbo name

Pls does anybody know d English, Igbo & Hausa name for ds seed? Somebody saw it with a farmer in d village.

it's called "abere" in Yoruba.

it's very bitter. very medicinal.

it's a cash crop (sort of). it fruits after 2years.

it's used to treat diabetes, jedi-jedi or pile.

Do we hv any other uses of it in other part if Nigeria?

Ans:Health is too big to exhaust.Pls be focus and consistent.You cant even do justice on health completely how much more fashion.

Then you will appreciate it more.
Why?Sometimes, a journalsit may find your content valuable and may want to interview you,like i was called to train Youths on Digital marketing by a popular telecom

Go do inbound marketing training its free,Do google adwords certification its free,all on internet...You must learn the tips and tricks to position yourself appropriately at the top
They will enrich you on how to sell your products/service without spending a dime on ads.

Be rest assured,your purpose will be tested by how much time,resources and efforts you put into your blog project.

1. The number one thing you have to understand is that as a blogger, you are going to be sharing 65%-75% of original (Fresh)knowledge gathered through research on your chosen subject e.g health.And the remaining 35%-25% of syndicated knowledge (second hand) information from other blogs.So,it takes a lot of reading and information gathering.

2. The Health sector is very wide to get the attention of the general public you must chose a particular field that gives concern to general public
e.g stretch marks.

3.The source of original knowledge can be opinions from friends.

So, you start by researching on the problem and then sample opinions from family and friends and then looking for information on remedies.

Go ahead do some research, focus on one topic under health that affect a wide audience,then find information that serve a solution then publish it. Before publishing get one or two friends to preview edit your write-up.


This is few tips i have time to write.
