Except there's more he's not telling us.

Such sycophancy.

In some country, this is enough to jail both of them as it is a subtle admission of the commission of a crime.

Brazil did it, they jailed an ex presidente

South Korea did it

My point is, humans are inherently selfish and I blame no one for that. It's something wired in our 🧬 DNA to ensure survival.

Except through medical negligence and a. Few other means of transmission.

If it's through coitus or promiscuity, I will be long gone like a sniper rifle.

Greeting cards were beautiful back in the day.

They added more oomph to celebrations be it Christmas/newyear, birthdays, valentine's, or just a love card.

Sad to see they too have gone the way of postal letters.

Change is the only constant thing

That is the work of the states, & local governments.
I laugh when I see comments as these.

Just playing smart by half.

Do states have the power?

One call from Abuja and the Police, Army will stand down.

First step is create a state police force then we can start the conversation.

So for now, the federal government is the one to enforce it if they're being honest and serious.

Once he lands

He becomes prison VIP

Then serves the remaining of his term at his house, all he needs to do that is exclude public appearance

While they plot on how to grant him presidential pardon

NairaX:
I see his point tho — the scale and nature of the actions are definitely different. Attacking security forces is a direct assault on the state, while kidnappings for ransom, though terrible, are financially motivated.

That said, both actions are causing real harm to innocent people and communities. Acknowledging the differences is important, but we also need solutions that address all forms of violence, whether politically motivated or financially motivated. Fairness in discussion is key, but so is ensuring safety for everyone.

And lastly, Gumi should really stop being bias.
