That's exactly what happened.

That driver is a bastàárd and should be prosecuted for reckless driving and manslaughter.

He was driving as if he had a spare life at home but when the accident was about to happen he avoided using his own side for the impact

Even if u overtake correctly, if a stationary truck is in the middle of the expressway way it will be a disaster waiting to happen. In this case it happened.

Was it FRSC that parked the truck on the expressway?

That vehicle could not have been travelling at just 60km/h!!!

One of those that died was beside him. He was on the left side with the driver and they both survived. The other two on the right side of the car (front and back) died.

That means the driver intentionally avoided using his own side to hit the truck when he realised it was stationary and he was over speeding.

This accident was 90% due to driver's carelessness and he should be prosecuted!

How did they know it was overspeeding and wrongful overtaking that caused the accident? Did they capture the car with a speed camera or special telemetry device?

Any experienced driver who examines the position of the crash and the level of impact will tell you it happened due to over speeding and reckless overtaking!

He had few scratch but the other two died and they were in the same vehicle.
Is that rationally logical.

He was sitting in the back but the people who died were sitting in the front so it was only natural they they would absorb most of the impact of the crash

Surprisingly.... no details about the accident. If they did crash into a parked truck... then I will assume the truck had no reflectors.... they were speeding a bit ... visually impaired...maybe under the influence.... and almost sure neither of two in front was wearing seat belt. With the impact ...they will immediately fly forward to exit the windshield..... the airbags at full force going in the opposite direction will slam them in the face and chest ... which probably lead to a broken neck. Seat belts are sooo important in saving lives in such head on collisions .... you remain upright in the seat.and protected by the he airbag. If not ... missile you will be Let's hope go details

Wearing a seat belt does not guarantee you 100% protection in a head-on collision at top speed!
