Gas is still less than $1 per liter for regular type in many places. You still see less than $3 a gallon at Walmart depending on where you live.
A gallon is almost 4 liters.

3- Has there been any part payment prior to this public outburst?
4- what evidence, chats, messages does she have, as proof to business cost, debt recovery push,and personnel standing as witnesses?

Since this matter is in the public, certain details should be expected from the complainant for scrutiny.
