No one is jailing anyone for absconding o ,you just remobilize and they will decide if they will allow you back .no let anyone bobo you,if you have collected their money you will return it ,except the one you collected in camp
Now what I want to know is if I remobilize after 5years will be 30years then which is the age limit,will they still force me to serve or gimme exemption letter ??

if you have already presented yourself at the camp, registered, collected khaki and lined up for parade and food then you are now a full white fowl and government owns you for the next 12 months.

absconding or desertion is a criminal offence and you will serve your remaining service duration in a maximum security prison once apprehended.

Hi I was posted to kaduna to serve ,I went to camp thinking I would relocate ,but now the relocation is not working...I plan on not going back ,I don’t want to serve again ,so I am thinking if I wait for after 5years ( I am 25 now) I already have A good paying job now
Will I be giving exemption letter?? Or me going to camp in the first place has spoiled it?
And if I am giving exemption letter,will I be given nysc certificate?

Heard if you go back to your old state ,you will be given query to fill

Hello everyone,I want to travel to the us but not planning to go to school ,just need something to enter with ,to hustle till I get papers
Which is the best way to enterlike which visa should I apply for ,was thinking school but was told if I don’t go to school ,my status will be cancelled but visiting still gives me 6months grace
And the visiting is highly unlikely for me cos I don’t have business here or husband or anything that will indicate I’m coming back to nigeria

Your dashboard might not be reopened because the present situation state that you report to your initial state of deployment for proper documentation and what have you.. probably by then the dashboard will be reopened.. now if you don't do as stipulated what's the chances that your dashboard will be reopened?

I heard they will open everyone’s portal
People that went back to their deployed state were told to go back home till they get directive from dg
So if they don’t open portal can’t go anywhere

I've been to both the secretariat and ICT office in Abuja. They both said that this issue is from higher up so no one knows what gonna happen. An investigation is ongoing so our only option is to wait until its over. Anyone who tells you they know whats gonna happen is lying unless its the DG himself.

So I called my platoon officer before wasting tfare

I called my platoon officer in the state I was deployed to and he said they are working on it ,that we should be patient ,that before weekend everything will be sortEd out
He said it’s a glitch but I know say na lie
But the worry now is if we will get our relocated states back
