The appointments should be shared between Edo South and Edo North. Edo Central never contributed to Godwin Obaseki's victory at the polls. If anybody from Edo Central should be part of the political appointees, then martineverest should be the rightful person to be selected.

Besides, how do you intend to get your own State? We have Benin, Afemai and Esan. Esan happens to be the minority amongst the 3. They should carve Esan out and leave Afemai and Benin together?

he's the governor of the state as such the traditional rulers are under him. weren't in a monarchy system of government but a Democratic one at that. if the paramount ruler isn't comfortable with his government he should reject every allowances and bonus coming from the governor.
As for the culture, tell you people to change it even the gods would not be pleased with such custom.
